Currently Recruiting for the Following Positions:
Customer Service Agent
We are currently seeking
Customer Service professionals to service inbound calls for our client’s
customers. Our Customer Service agents
provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction in a fun and
friendly work environment. The ideal
candidate must have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills and the
ability to navigate internal and external databases.
This
opportunity is an hourly position with opportunity for attainable
commission. Full and part time positions
are available between 9AM – 6PM Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Mail Order Manager, InOrder, or other electronic order management systems is preferred, but not required
Sales Agent
We are currently seeking Sales Agents to offer client products and
3rd party upsells by handling both inbound and outbound phone calls
in a fun and friendly environment. Our Sales Agents provide a high  level of
customer satisfaction and excel at increasing sales. The ideal candidate must
have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to
navigate internal and external databases. This opportunity is an hourly position with opportunity for attainable
commission. Full and part time positions
are available between 9AM – 9PM Monday through Friday and 9AM – 2PM on
Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year Experience in customer service and 6 months experience in sales, preferably in the Direct Response industry
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Mail Order Manager, InOrder, or other electronic order management systems is preferred, but not required
Production Specialist
The primary responsibility of this position is to
assemble component items into kits and to prepare customer orders for
shipment. The Production Specialist will
ensure the proper picking, packing and shipping of all products in an efficient
manner with a focus on quality and safety. The ability to function in both a
team environment and on an individual basis to reach stated goals is a must. This
position is a key player in maintaining Ship-Right’s high standard of quality throughout our organization and its
ability to exceed our clients’ expectations.
This opportunity is an hourly position Full and part time positions
are available between 7AM – 6PM Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Organized, reliable, team player with a strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to follow specific client requested and package carrier criteria
- Previous warehouse, assembly, fulfillment or fork truck experience a plus
