Drew GrahamDrew Graham,
President and Founder

The former COO and EVP of Portland, ME direct marketers Talk America and Beacon Marketing, Drew has been at the heart of fast growth, high volume, direct to consumer business models. Mr. Graham was instrumental in building Talk America from a start-up Company to one of the city's largest employers in just five years. Revenues grew to $100MM during his tenure at Talk America and were steadily in that range with Beacon Marketing.

A results-oriented leader he is committed to delivering first-class service and dedicated to the continuous improvement of people and processes.

Drew graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1983. His varied sea-going experiences included active participation in the Persian Gulf War.

Todd Flaherty Todd Flaherty, Principal

Todd started his career as a financial analyst with Digital Equipment Corporation. After 4 years he was relocated from Massachusetts to Boca Raton, Florida and shortly thereafter joined DHL Worldwide Express holding positions as Caribbean Area Sales and Operations Manager and Global Sales Representative. After 7 years with DHL, Todd relocated back to his home town of Falmouth, Maine and in 1999 helped finance and start Ship-Right Solutions. In 2001 Todd started Pinnacle Marketing, a direct response marketing company and proceeded to transact over $30M in sales over a five year period. In 2002, he started Acadia Credit Card processing, an authorized re-seller for merchant processing. The client portfolio grew to over 800 merchants before being sold in 2007. Todd graduated from Babson College in 1986. He enjoys outdoor activities and all types of sporting events. Todd is a Rotarian and actively involved in his local community. He is married and has two children, an 9 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.

Kevin SimpsonKevin Simpson, Client Services Manager

Kevin gained his early operational experience by spending five years as a logistics and manufacturing manager in the high tech consumables industry. With a wide array of logistical industry contacts and experience, Kevin joined SHIP-RIGHT SOLUTIONS as one if its first employees.  After managing Ship-Right’s production and logistics in the early years, Kevin moved over to the operational side of the house to manage a team that handles client data, inventories, and the daily flow of information. As our Client list has grown and diversified Kevin has taken the reins of Client Services.

A Gulf War Veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, Kevin graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a BA in Marketing Communications/Public Relations.

Jack RocheJack Roche, Technical Services Manager

Jack worked for fifteen years in Sales & Marketing before making the move to Operations and our Technical Services team. Prior to Ship-Right, he spent six years with established companies and start-up operations in the high tech consumables market. Jack possesses strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software, Web Page Design and operations activities. Jack’s focus at Ship-Right is Technical Operations and Client Data & Services.

Jack served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the USAF before being awarded a BS in Economics from UMASS/Boston.

Ed KinslowBud Brackett, Director of Fulfillment

Bud has over 13 years of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management experience. He has owned, operated, and managed three successful manufacturing and distribution businesses, delivering products around the globe. Bud came to us from a 30 million dollar company building materials company, where he managed the Marketing Fulfillment Department for five years. He has a solid background in all aspects of Operations, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Distribution Systems and Quality, including two years of training and implementation of LEAN manufacturing practice. Bud’s responsibilities at Ship-Right Solutions include the balancing of the daily customer demand with Ship-Right’s resources, inventory and quality control, safety, and facility maintenance. His focus on continuous process improvement and employee development provides a tremendous resource to Ship-Right Solutions and its Clients.


Craig LennonCraig Lennon, Director of Client Relations and Business Development

Craig brings to Ship-Right Solutions over 10 years of Call Center Management experience. In addition to managing both small and large call center operations, Craig has worked as Director of Sales and Director of Client Services in the Direct Response industry. Most recently, Craig worked as a Marketing Campaign Consultant, which will provide our Ship-Right Clients with a vast perspective from his valuable experiences. Craig is currently responsible for all day-to-day call center operations, including Staffing, Campaign launches and Call Center Reporting.
