ABOUT SHIP-RIGHT SOLUTIONS

Great Original Designs

Challenge:
Great Original Designs, makers of “The Turtle” back pain relief device, created a direct to consumer marketing campaign on both the web and national radio. With very promising initial success, their advertising efforts yielded a sudden yet prolonged spike in orders. They had struck a marketing vein that was going to prove very fruitful, but their current fulfillment provider was struggling to keep up with the growth. Great Original Designs needed to make sure that the success of their advertising was not spoiled by slow or inaccurate fulfillment, and had only a short period of time to address the issue.

Solution:
Ship-Right Solutions was able to provide a transition plan to cut the business over in mid campaign without an interruption of service. The entire back end operation was moved to Ship-Right Solutions within 3 weeks of initial discussions. Newly armed with accurate order management, 24-hour fulfillment turn-around and reduced overall costs, Great Original Designs was able to refocus on ensuring the momentum of their campaign was not lost.
