Ship-Right Solutions Announces the Roll-Out of its “CampaignMAX” Initiative.

CampaignMAX targets revenue opportunities for marketers looking to boost revenue after initial sales are complete.

South Portland, ME, September 1, 2010:  Ship-Right Solutions, a 3rd party provider of fulfillment, customer service, and data processing services for the direct response, e-commerce and catalog marketing industries is unveiling a suite of programs and services collectively named “CampaignMAX”.  The initiative is designed to allow marketers to take advantage of revenue opportunities after an initial sale is transacted. CampaignMAX programs are implemented in the customer service call center or during the order fulfillment process and include the recovery of declined credit card orders, order confirmation calls, “Save-the-Sale” and upsell offers, outbound sales, continuity management, package inserts, and list brokering.

 “We’ve been testing these programs on a few of our higher-volume clients and the results have been very favorable. The time has come to expand the program formally and let the industry know that we’ve developed and sourced some great tools to bolster direct response campaigns”, reports Craig Lennon, Director of Client Relations and Business Development.  “With one account, we achieved more than a 25% boost in revenue using only some of the CampaignMAX tools.”  Lennon added, “This is all revenue that we were able to realize with very little associated cost.”
